MLP: Merry Weather

A pony I adopted from Arxielle Original.

My wrist is still causing me issues, so I used a base to make her. The base I used was by Rain-Approves.   

I will come up with a backstory for her later. For now, I'm just happy I managed to keep her mane and tail lines straight! I did learn that tablets and MSPaint do not mix. I did this in Sai after fighting with the tablet for several minutes. 

In the original adopt-image she has a wet mane because she is typically wet (thanks to her special talent), but I wanted to do her with a dry mane, just to see what she looked like ^_^ I'm pretty happy with the result.
