The Fairy Princess :Concept Sketches:1

Something I've been developing ever since my best friend wrote a short book for her daughter a year or so ago. I wanted to created a story based off the book as well as characters. It hadn't come to fruition until a few nights ago when I was trying to sketch something - anything - and I managed to draw the princess with her fairy comrade and her puppy. The puppy will be a little longer in the drawing process, as I plan upon basing him upon my friend's pug. The princess is, of course, going to be based on her daughter.
